He has supported buy-side and sell-side transactions through financial modelling, and prepared pitch decks, information memoranda, and due diligence reports. Carl holds a BSc from the University of Mannheim and an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London, where he strengthened his expertise in the energy transition and clean energy investment analysis.
